I am passionate about helping individuals make their own great transformations to live a deeply connected, healthier and more fulfilling life that has no choice but to ripple out into their family and community in an impactful way.
I truly believe that each of us has a unique gift to share with this world and living intentionally gives us the opportunity to share that gift to the fullest extent.
I am a Mom to three, military spouse, Transformational Coach, Mindfulness Mentor, Yoga Instructor and serial entrepreneur. Whether you work outside the home, run a small business or are still trying to figure out your next step, I am here to help you reach your highest levels of potential professionally, personally and within your family.
Where Intentional Living Started
My intentional living journey began in 2003 when I was experiencing multiple migraines a week, rarely slept well, was stressed and unhappy. Then three months before I was to be married, my seven year relationship ended. In the moment, I was heartbroken and lost yet knew that something within me needed to change if I was going to have the life I had dreamed of.
I started working with a counselor and explored Yoga to help with my physical pain. Within a few weeks of starting yoga, I noticed I was sleeping better and having fewer migraines, but the shift wasn’t only physical. I soon started to notice pockets of joy that I had not felt in a very long time. Over several months I began to realize that much of my pain, physical and emotional, was coming from living the story of “I will be happy when…” and constantly putting my self-care at the bottom of an extremely long list.
As I began to learn how to find joy in the present moment and as positive shifts continued to happen I dove deep into Mindfulness, Personal Development and Meditation while keeping up my Yoga practice. I eventually became a Transformational Coach, Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.
Over the years, through multiple overseas moves, my spouse deploying, and struggling to start a family, Mindfulness coupled with Personal Development is what allowed me to truly ‘bloom where I was planted’.
Fast forward several years later…I am now a Mom of three sweet, energetic and amazing kids. I love them to pieces AND they can push me to my edge. As a new Mom I remember feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, yelling at my sweet baby 💔 and overall feeling defeated.
I knew there had to be an easier way to parent. I wanted to be a good Mom AND I had another calling in my heart...yet, I had no idea where to start or how to make the life I truly desired a reality. I struggled to figure out how to follow my passion of owning a heart-based business AND fulfill my promise to be an engaged and present Mom.
Then, I figured out how to combine my Transformational Coach training, business background and Mindfulness practices to create an amazing turnaround.
My business started to unfold, I was more productive and focused then BEFORE kids, I was calmer and I felt more deeply connected to my family than ever before. Through personal development and relearning to be present in this new situation, there was finally frequent laughter in our household and I was able to serve my clients like I had always dreamed of.
Over the years Anna has trained with Mindful Life, Mindful Schools, Warriors At Ease, HeartMath Institute, David Emerson with Trauma Center, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Gentle Somatic Yoga, Cloud 9 Yoga, Yoga Medicine and Sean Fargo with Mindfulness Exercises to deepen her knowledge of Meditation, Yoga, Nervous System Healing, Trauma Informed Meditation and secular Mindfulness techniques as well as the science behind why it all works.
Anna is passionate about sharing her 20+ year journey and knowledge to assist others in making their own great transformations in living a healthier, happier, deeply connected and fulfilling life. Anna has struggled and walked the journey of how to succeed as a parent and a multi-passionate person. It is her passion and life’s mission to pass along the knowledge and the skills she learned and implemented so it doesn’t take you years to figure out! Anna was put here and put through her own hardships in life, to coach you through the transformation that you need to create the life you deserve.
Anna's Professional Journey
Anna’s own transformational journey started over 20 years ago by delving deep into the world of Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga. The results of living in the present moment were so amazing that she became a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Yoga Instructor.
In 2005 Anna became a Transformational Coach, a method of coaching that focuses on shifting our way of being in the world so we can achieve different, more positive results. Combining Personal Development with Mindfulness modalities creates lasting positive change and resiliency even during these extremely uncertain times.
